Description
Broadside contains a reprint of an editorial taken from the Los Angeles Record. Editorial describes the treatment of Owens Valley farmers by the city of Los Angeles after construction of the Los Angeles Aqueduct. The publication asserts that this treatment has put Los Angeles in an unfavorable position nationally. The editorial refers to how this perception of Los Angeles will affect other states working with California on the Colorado Project, a similar water project.
