Los Angeles City Hall can be seen in the background, and a stage is set up on the stairs at center. Several women in long, light-colored dresses can be seen holding various international flags near the back of the stage. Ivy covers a podium near the front of the stage, and several trees and large bushes can be seen on either side of the steps. A band can be seen at right, while a large crowd is visible in the foreground.
