Description: Exterior view of the First Congregational Church of Los Angeles, located at 540 So. Commonwealth Ave. The finials, damaged by the 1994 earthquake, are being removed. The church, historic cultural monument #706, was designed by architects Allison and Allison and built from 1930-1931. Photo taken: January 18, 1994. See image 00063849 for additional view of finials.
