Description
Kenneth Hopper writes Mr. Bunzaemon Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., thanking him for the introduction to Professor Koichi Ohba. Hopper says Mr. J. Noguchi of the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers has just sent him the enclosed and that Noguchi tells him that he has contacted the jury of the 1962 Deming Prize.
