Description
This photo shows the Unknown Museum owners Dickens Bascom and Mickey McGowan. Their museum, which was at the corner of Corte Madera Avenue and Gardner Street, housed an assemblage of American kitsch and cultural artifacts. In 1989 the property was purchased by Smith & Hawkins for their shop and plant nursery.
