Description
Samuel Edson Vaughan, known primarily for his portraits, was the son of artist/etcher Reginald W. Vaughan. Samuel lived in Santa Barbara until 1953 and studied with Carl Oscar Borg, Frank Morley Fletcher and Colin Campbell Cooper, among others.
