Description
Connie and Art begin the interview discussing the importance of commitment to exercise, and how the perceptions of difficulty in planning for exercise are largely subjective. They proceed to talk about how Art gained inspiration to write the book from his father’s health issues, and how his work filled a niche in exercise motivation literature. Connie closes the interview requesting an autograph for her copy of the book.
