Description
This circa 1995 postcard captures an evening view of Sacramento's Tower Bridge. After their installation and activation in August 1989, the bridge's lights came under scrutiny from Sacramento River boaters for being overly bright. It was determined, however, by November that same year by the U.S. Coast Guard that the lights were of no danger to river goers.
