Photograph article dated June 14, 1963 partially reads, "The purpose of a subdivision begins to take shape when the first families start to move in. Family occupancy is the reason for which the land was first selected, the homes were designed, the many interior details were developed, and finally the houses themselves were constructed, all under the direction of the builder-developer. First reactions are important in determining how well these functions have been fulfilled." Happy with their Woodford home are Mr. and Mrs. William Levine, with daughter Kathy.
