The walls of the building are smooth, giving it a modern look The roof is made of terracotta tiles. At right is a large rectangular tower with a flat roof. An American flag is flying from the top of the tower. There are several arched windows on the top floor and smaller rectangular windows can be seen on the bottom floor. At center, a massive arched window can be seen at center. In the foreground, a grassy hillside is visible, and several trees and bushes dot the landscape.
