Photograph of streetcars on Hill Street looking north from Fifth Street in Los Angeles, ca.1924. A long line of streetcars is moving down tracks on Hill Street, and another streetcar is passing on an intersecting street. Many automobiles are parked along the paved roads, and dozens of pedestrians are visible on the concrete sidewalks. Several tall buildings, including two buildings over seven stories high are visible on the sides of the roads. A tree can be seen in the foreground at left.
