Description
Photographs of two models wearing various kinds of Flato jewelry. One of the models is Jinx Falkenburg (images 002, 008, 013, 014, 015, 019, 033).
Some negatives were in original envelope marked "Flato - Jewel models / Jinx Falkenberg model." Jinx Falkenburg was a well-known actress and model in the 1940s and 1950s. "Flato" sign visible in some images behind model. Positively identified as Flato jewelry by author Elizabeth Irvine on visit, April 2010. She also gave this information: Image 025: clips sold to Joan Crawford. Image 014: necklace sold to Lily Pons. See also project 4155, a presentation album of prints of the model shots.
