Title supplied by cataloger. Bill O'Brien started his small business making wooden toys for pets in 1951 after retiring from steel industry and relocating to California from Massachusetts. Delrego Products Co. employeed four workers besides O'Brien. Photograph caption dated September 2, 1959 reads, "Scientist?-- No. he's Bill O'Brien, North Hollywood manufacturer of such items as barbells for birds, which he is measuring above; cat-scratchers, and fire hydrants for dogs. O'Brien owns Delrego Products Co."
