Description
Kenneth Hopper writes Mr. Isamu Sakamoto, the chairman of the board of Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd., saying that he received the enclosed answers to five questions from Mr. J. Noguchi of the Japan Union of Scientists and Engineers. Hopper also notes that in an earlier letter, Noguchi wrote Hopper saying that he was contacting the original Deming Prize jury in preparing these answers. The letter contains Hopper's signature.
