Charles Protzman writes Mr. Frank A. Davis, assistant vice president of the Mosley Title and Abstract Company, informing him that he just returned from his assignment in Japan, and found that Dawson McDaniel sent him the bill for the 1968 taxes on the property purchased by Mr. and Mrs. Kegley. He asks if Davis can return the bill to them since it seems that he left their address in the papers that will eventually arrive by sea mail. The letter is in Protzman's original handwriting and contains his original signature.
