Photograph caption dated August 29, 1962 reads "Boys lead horses to safety - Two Valley youngsters, fearing for the safety of their horses as brush fire moved south from Placerita Canyon State Park, led the animals down Cobalt St. in Sylmar Tuesday to safety. The smoke from the fire blocked out the sun and forced driver of automobile at right to turn on his car lights."; See images #00127231 through #00127234 for all photos in this series.
