Photo caption reads: "Creating their own special brand of traffic jam visiting Wester State Shriners tie up the intersection of 5th Sts. and Olive Sts. by serving breakfast. Tables were set up in the street and Shriners passed out fruit and vegetables to passerbys and invited them to join them. The scene here was shot from the vegetable truck looking east along 5th Street". Photo dated: May 11, 1972.
