Close-up of Cave 1: Heavily ornamented head dress of figure at right, second couple. Her forehead has a tilaka* (red spot) on her forehead. *Or Bindi, a symbolic, traditionally red-colored dot on forehead used by Hindu women from historical times or also used simply as an ornamental mark.
