Description
Sacramento’s Capital Business periodical, an official publication of the Sacramento Chamber of Commerce, circulated monthly under the eye of L.B. Rowland, director of advertising and editor, Arthur S. Dudley (also the secretary manager for the chamber). The issues continually outlined the chamber’s projects and accomplishments for the public, while including information about both the business development and industrial growth in the city. The 1937 issues of the publication focused on fiscal tracking of business, projects dealing with the aviation industry, and potential nominations for director positions within the chamber for the following year. The periodicals also captured changing practices of laws and regulations that might potentially impact local business in Sacramento.
