Pictured, left to right are, Maj. Arne Haaland who has charge of Valley reserves, Col. F. H. Ryder, Brig. Gen. LeRoy Watson, and Gen. Jacob L. Devers, chief of Army ground forces. The officials met at the North Hollywood Reserve headquarters, which Gen. Devers inspected. Photograph dated September 28, 1948.
