Photograph dated June 6, 1950 shows Artemio Aguilar, 26, of 10938 Sutter St., Pacoima, booked on suspicion of murder. Aguilar, insists under questioning by Valley Detective Lt. Ernest Johnston that his common-law wife, Virginia Encinas, 25, died of skull fracture when she jumped from moving car.
