The Peshawar Diocese Church Centre, Pakistan. The foundation stone was laid by Bishop S. L. Alexander, 28/09/1992. And the ground breaking was done by Mr. Kimmo Pulkkinen, Embassy of Finland (according to text on the left plaque). The Church Centre was opened by Rev. Seikku Paunonen, overseas director of FELM, Finland. And dedicated by the Bishop of Peshawar Diocese, 04/11/1994, (according to text on the right plaque).
