Description: Survey of a large two-story stucco house with tile roof built in 1929 by architect W.F. Fuesler. Original owner, James La Monte, had the house built on the lot for $10,000, making it the most expensive home construction on the block. An addition in the rear of property as well as a swimming pool was done by a later owner.
