Description
In this circa 1918 postcard, the huge "Travelers Hotel Sacramento" sign towers over a streetcar and vintage automobiles on the street below. A printed description on the back of this postcard reads, "T. A. Franker, E. H. Hanlon, J. L. Flanagan. Eight stories of safety, comfort abd convenience. Absolutely fireproof." The hotel sat at Fifth and J streets.
