The Sierra Madre mountains (including Old Baldy) and Los Angeles River are visible in the background. Included are North Broadway, Spring Street, Alameda Street, and Macy Street. The Macy block is at right. Legible signs include "[...]rnuce works", "Warehouse, E.E. Crandall & Co.", "Warner's Log Cabin Sarsparilla", "[...] material and blinds", "[...] the point [...]".
