Elsebeth F-N. var fra 1980-83 leder af Saraswatipur Kostskole. Senere fokuserede hun især på BLC-kirkens kvindearbejde - med undervisning og landsbybesøg mv. Familien fik tre børn i løbet af perioden: Maria i 1978, samt tvillingerne, Sara & Rebekka i 1983

Elsebeth and Jens Fischer-Nielsen, sent by Danish Santal Mission to Bangladesh, 1975-87. Following language studies , their work included evangelization, theological education, counseling and management. Jens F-N. was involved in founding the Bangladesh Lutheran Church in 1979, and he was ordained together with the first 3 Bengal Pastors, 1981. From 1980-83, Elsebeth F.-N- was principal of the Saraswatipur Boarding School. Later she had special focus on the womens' ministry of BLC – with teaching and visiting the villages of the area. During the period, the family had three kids: Maria in 1978, and the twins, Sara & Rebekka in 1983.
