Description
Architectural rendering of an expansion project incorporating the original Hellman building, which had become the Bank of America. The $10 million expansion was to add the 111 West 7th Street Building (right) and the adjoining Metcalf Building to the present bank (foreground), on the northeast corner of Spring and West 7th Street. The original bank building was built in 1924 and was designed by Schultze and Weaver, architects.
