Description
Photograph of a view of the French room at the Huntington Library, showing "costly" Gobelein tapestries, San Marino, 1928. The largest tapestry is pictured along the wall at left, while two framed paintings can be seen in the opposite corner. In the center of the checkered hall, tables and statues can be seen, along with two glass-encased urns. Back at left, other antiques are cordoned off behind a rope. At the far end of the hall, curtains serve to secure the doorway.
