This is the sixth track of an interview series with Peter Drucker on innovation and entrepreneurship, conducted by Fred Harmon. Drucker and Harmon continue their discussion of entrepreneurial strategies, as Drucker outlines the risks of specialized ecological niches (such as a specialty becoming universal). Drucker goes on to discuss the fourth strategy, changing economic characteristics. This involves pricing based on what is of value to the customer, rather than cost to the manufacture.
