Albert Graves Wishon was born in 1858 in Missouri. Moved to California in 1889, arriving in Fresno around 1902. Founded the San Joaquin Light and Power Company. The house was built in 1904, architect was Alexander Culbertson Swartz. House is Prairie style dwelling.
