Description
This photo is a collage showing Prosecutor Leavy and the three accused: Perkins, Santo and Barbara Graham in the Monohan murder trial. Prosecutor J. Miller Leavy's statement to the jury was, "All three were guilty of first degree murder, and the only just and proper penalty is death in the gas chamber."
