Title and location supplied by cataloger based on information written in pencil on the back of the same stereograph held in the San Diego History Center collection: "No. 64, Mrs. Nichols, NW cor. 12th & Market." Date approximated by cataloger based on history of photography firm in San Diego in 1874 (see Mautz, Biographies of Western Photographers, 130).
