Black and white glass negative. Harry Chandler is pictured on the speakers' stand during the Salvation Army camp dedication at Redondo Beach. Makeshift stage constructed of pieces of lumber, several seated dignitaries, Harry Chandler standing and addressing the audience. The Salvation Army band can be seen on the far side of the stage (right), with standing onlookers behind listening to the dedication ceremony proceedings. Harry Chandler collection.
