View of the old County Courthouse taken from Temple and Spring Streets. The small open twoer next to the large rounded unit was known as "Honeymoon Tower" as this was an elevator which went directly to the Marriage License Bureau. Entrance to the elevator was through the tunnel opening in the retaining wall, barely visible to the left. The small gothic styled building to the left of the courthouse was the County Jail.
