Sent by Danish Santal Mission to North India, 1917-31. Working places: Mornai 1919, Grahampur 1918 and 1921, Joema 1925, and supervision of Cooch Behar, as well. In 1919 married the Norwegian Nurse, Esther Andresen (1888-74), sent to North India, 1916-31.
