Description
Survey of a one story Spanish revival office/residence, built in 1930 by W.T. Tucker. The House was built for Mr. and Mrs. L. Rateneck, which was the first residence built on this portion of Baseline and was built on a lot that was formerly part of the orange grove owned by Adolph Bernard. As of 1975, the house was bought from two school teachers and was remodeled.
