Description
Stamped "Clyde Arbuckle" on reverse. Typed caption attached: Auzerais House, built in 1865, was advertised as "the finest hotel west of St. Louis." It was converted to an office building in 1900 under the name of Auzerais Building. Still later, it became the Grant Building, which name it kept until it was razed in the 1940s.
