Photograph caption dated December 24, 1953 reads, "Burbank Police Officer Bob Wootton will be one of those at work in police departments throughout the Valley on Christmas, dispatching cars and officers to scenes of accidents and answering other routine calls. Other municipal workers on the job will be those employed by the Fire Department, which will have a full crew available to answer fire calls."
