Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Mission Santa Inez, ca.1804. A worn dirt path moves from the lower right corner of the image to the left distance, cutting through the short grass that fills the ground outside the mission. Immediately center, the long, two-story building of the mission's chapel is visible, standing perpendicular to the mission's arcade. To the right of it, standing slightly taller, is the bell tower which houses three bells at its precipice. A post-and-rail fence appears to be enclosing a small garden just outside the colonnade of the arcade to the left. To the far right, a hill is visible, overgrown with dry grass.
