Description
A history of the legal racial criterion of eligibility and exclusion for the naturalization of immigrants and a timeline of the removal of ineligibility of naturalization laws based on racism. Collection consists of drafts and notes for narratives on Asian Americans, photographs, exhibit items, artifacts, publications, and audio and visual material accumulated by Wayne H. Maeda, instructor and founding member of Asian American Studies at Sacramento State.
