Description
When the boys came home, thousands of citizens lined the streets to cheer and greet them. This photo shows seasoned California troops, just back from France, marching in full war equipment down Broadway in Los Angeles. Many of these veterans, graying now, march in the Armistice Day parade. Photo dated: November 11, 1939.
