Description: Photo taken at the Welterweight Championship fight between Henry Armstrong and Barney Ross held at Madison Square Garden, in New York. Armstrong once again demonstrated that there was powerful medicine in his gloves as he next went on to win the welterweight crown from Barney Ross in a fight a few months after beating Sarron. Armstrong is shown as he dealt out a terrific beating to easily win Title No. 2 from Ross. Photo dated: August 10, 1938.
