Description
Four women, a small boy, and a bride are depicted standing in a parlor. The woman on the far left wears a white bonnet with white plumes and pink flowers and white lace ties. At the back of the hat is a short white veil with a garland of flowers hanging down over it. Her dress is green with black lace trim, wide sleeves, and coiled black accents on the sleeves and skirt. At the back there is gathered black and green drapery with black tassels. The woman next to her wears a small pink hat with a turned up crown decorated with white lace and pink plumes. Her dress is gray with white lace at the collar, down the bodice, and at the ends of her sleeves. Her dress is accented with pink ribbon, with bows at her shoulder and on her bodice. The skirt has pleated flounces of gray and pink, topped with scalloped edged gray. Next to her is a little boy wearing a a tan Knickerbocker suit edged in pink, with a double breasted vest, a wide belt, and knee length pants. His shirt is white with ruffles at neck and cuffs, and his shoes and stockings are tan. Next to him, the bride wears her white gown with a sheer white veil over her face and reaching just above the floor in back. Her blond hair is up and dressed with white flowers. Her dress has long sleeves and is accented with white lace double ruffles on the skirt and sleeves. She wears pearl earrings and holds a small book. The woman next to her wears a gray bonnet with matching plumes and tied under her chin with a wide bow. Her dress is tan with pink edging. Pink tassels decorate the front of her skirt. The jacket has double cuffs also edged with pink, over her white blouse. The woman on the far right wears a black bonnet, trimmed with black lace and pink flowers, tied with a bow under her chin. Her dress is lavender accented with black lace on the sleeve cuffs, and the skirt. Black zigzags edge the hem of the skirt ruffle. She wears earrings.
