Tobin, center, head of men's social center, Salvation Army, 6034 Vesper Ave., Van Nuys. Dyer, chairman of the center's medical clinic committee and member of the Salvation Army's Advisory Board, gave the Encino Hospital gift in observance of National Hospital Week which began Sunday. Looking on is Dr. Joseph Liebross, Sherman Oaks, the center's physician. The center has capacity for 45 men and treatment facilities to aid in rebuilding lives of socially and physically handicapped men through use of occupational and psychological therapy, spiritual guidance and counsel."
