Description: The photo documents what appears to be police motorcycle training in the Stough Canyon Park landfill in 1971. A note on the back of the photo reads, “Stough Park 1971.” A 10-acre motorbike trail was opened to residents in March 1971 and expanded to non-residents in April of that year.
