Description
Martin Sheen, left, and Rosey Grier aren't the usual faces you see at the Union Rescue Mission, but then this is Union Rescue Mission Week, as proclaimed by Mayor Tom Bradley's office. The two were at the downtown mission to talk to the homeless and make the public more aware of their plight. This event will be followed by a celebrity telethon for the homeless in December. Photograph dated October 30, 1985.
