Photograph of an exterior view of the residence of Dr. Carl L. Muller on Broad Street, Nevada City, 1907. A metal fence stands in a cement curb with a gate at center leading to the dark entrance of the large, lightly-colored home. The double doors bear a crest and the large windows on either side can barely be seen though the tall bushes lining the front wall. A single window can be seen at center just above the entrance on the second floor. The rest of the floor is covered by thin covers that shade the curtained windows just behind them. Two chimney can be seen out of the roof at center while trees crowd the foreground on either side.
