Title supplied by cataloger. The "Nat Reiss" Southern Carnival Co., known as the greatest and grandest carnival company, provided a multiplicity of attractions. They carried a twenty-car train, embracing 300 people in all, who presented a diversified combination of attractions, shows, features and performances. In addition, they held features, parades, tournaments, and contests demonstrating exhibits of the different skilled trades, etc. Panel 2 of 4: View of the Nat Reiss Southern Carnival Co., on location at Pico and Grand Avenue. This panel shows several spectators standing in clusters, looking at a balancing act exhibit in progress. Although it is difficult to make out, a man can be seen standing atop a large ball as he "rolls" it down a winding pathway; exhibit booths are visible in the background. This carnival opened on May 16, 1904, and would be held for two weeks at this location.; This is panel 2 of 4 single panels giving a panoramic view of the carnival.
