3 image. Finn Monotype one-man sail boat, 12 May 1960. Burke Sawyer -- 18 years (will sail boat in Olympic trials at Marblehead, Massachusetts).
Caption slip reads: "Photographer: Sanders. Date: 1957-05-12. Reporter: Sanders. Assignment: Olympic sailor. Special instructions: Color negs to Thackrey. 5 & 6: Burke Sawyer, 18, prepares to take the Finn Monotype one-man sailboat that he will sail in Olympic trials at Marblehead, Mass. in July at the Newport Harbor Yacht Club. 15 & 16: Sawyer makes a pass at the dock in the Finn Monotype".
