Description
Frank Polkinghorn lists the men who were in Japan with him and their positions. A person by the name of Colonel J. Lattin is also listed. The list is in Polkinghorn's original handwriting. The back of the page is a partial document examining Hawaii and teletype messages. The backside scan was rotated 180 degrees.
